# Renovar Certificado PDV MOBI

Solicite ao cliente o certificado digital e senha, para abrir o chamado acessar o portal

Clique em 'Certificados'.

Clique em 'Atualizar'.

Em escolher arquivo selecione o certificado novo, preencher a senha e clicar em 'Atualizar'.

Será mostrado a mensagem de conclusão.

Agora vá no site <https://sfhera.pdv.mobi/POSAuth/#/list-user> no menu Administração -> Fiscal.

No Fiscal, mude para PRODUÇÃO.

Solicite ao cliente fechar o caixa e atualizar os produtos na máquina do PDV MOBI.
