# Renovar Certificado pela ndd - opção 2

Solicite ao cliente o certificado digital e senha, para abrir o chamado acessar o portal <https://suporte.ndd.com.br/>&#x20;

Usuário e senha para o portal pegar no site do passbolt.

No portal clique em Novo Chamado.

Preencher o texto da solicitação com cnpj, nome do cliente e senha do certificado digital.&#x20;

Anexar o arquivo do certificado digital

Após preencher confirmar e no prazo de até 48 horas será renovado.
