# Solicitar ambiente de homologação

Para a emissão da Nota de Serviço no município de Santa Maria solicite o ambiente de Homologação para iniciar a integração com o Sfhera ERP.

## 1)  SOLICITAÇÃO PARA AMBIENTE DE TESTE <mark style="color:blue;">(HOMOLOGAÇÃO)</mark>

Para que a empresa possa utilizar o ambiente de testes, é necessário que o contribuinte acesse o link <http://www.issnetonline.com.br/homologaabrasf/online/login/login.aspx> e na tela inicial selecione a opção [*Solicitação de*](http://www.issnetonline.com.br/homologaabrasf/online/SolicitacaoCadastro/Cadastro.aspx?tipo=normal) [*Cadastro Ambiente de Homologação > Normal*.](http://www.issnetonline.com.br/homologaabrasf/online/SolicitacaoCadastro/Cadastro.aspx?tipo=normal)

Após clicar em Normal, basta preencher os dados solicitados. A fim de solicitar permissão para o ambiente de Homologação, segue algumas verificações:

ü    Caso a atividade do contribuinte não esteja cadastrada, utilize outra similar através do ícone de pesquisa.

ü    Não há obrigatoriedade de inserir o contador.

ü    Não há necessidade de anexar nenhum documento.

ü    As validações e liberações serão realizadas em até 48 horas úteis.

Posteriormente a este processo, o retorno para o cliente será de 48 horas. Em qualquer um dos retornos, deferido ou indeferido, o cliente irá receber um retorno através do e-mail cadastrado na solicitação e pode realizar a consulta do protocolo acessando o [*Menu Consultar Solicitação Cadastral*](http://www.issnetonline.com.br/homologaabrasf/online/SolicitacaoCadastro/ConsultarSolicitacaoCadastral.aspx).

O envio de Nota Eletrônica é gravado em um banco de dados de Homologação, onde podem ser realizados os testes de todos os métodos previstos para cada aplicativo (WebService ou Converge).

Lembrando que as notas eletrônicas enviadas no sistema de Homologação (testes) não possuem valor legal, irão ter dados fictícios e devem ser emitidas no mínimo 05 NFS-e.

Os documentos de Recibo Provisório de Serviços - RPS e demais dados (CNAE, Atividade no município, série, etc.) para utilizar no ambiente de Homologação serão fornecidos via e-mail/protocolo pelo suporte da matriz.
